Job Title: Channel Sales and Program Manager
Job Description: We are looking to bring in an experienced sales and marketing manager to lead several key marketing and sales programs in the area.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities:
- Lead channel sales through channel partners. Including: Identify new partners, manage ongoing relationships with existing partners, train sales teams, track success and effectiveness of individual sales teams
- Ensure sales resources are developed to ensure optimal sales performance
- Foster business-to-business relationships that will help drive customer acquisition
- Track sales results on a monthly basis providing improvements to increase efficiency and performance
- Organize and supervise sales events in targeted communities
Qualifications:
- A Bachelor's degree in a related field a plus
- Min. 2-3 years experience in Sales and/or Marketing
- Outstanding project management skills
- Detail oriented with strong organization and follow-through skills
- Excellent verbal and written skills
- Willing to travel to various locations as needed
- Proficient in Word, Excel and Outlook
- Self-starter and driven with an outgoing personality
