Job Title: Part Time Office Assistant
Job Description: The Part Time Office Assistant supports the management team with day-to-day operations. Duties include processing and verifying contracts received, in-state travel and occasional entertainment.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities:
- Type correspondence
- Project Filing
- Prepare expense reports
- Mail distribution for incoming and outgoing mail
- Process invoices
- Coordinate and set up meetings
- Order office supplies
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED
- MS Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Outlook)
- Ability to multi-task and reprioritize responsibilities on a daily basis
