Job Title: Part Time Office Assistant

Job Description: The Part Time Office Assistant supports the management team with day-to-day operations. Duties include processing and verifying contracts received, in-state travel and occasional entertainment.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Type correspondence
  • Project Filing
  • Prepare expense reports
  • Mail distribution for incoming and outgoing mail
  • Process invoices
  • Coordinate and set up meetings
  • Order office supplies
  • Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or GED
  • MS Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Outlook)
  • Ability to multi-task and reprioritize responsibilities on a daily basis
