Job Title: Financial Associate/Analyst
Job Description: The Financial Associate/Analyst develops on-going financial forecasts and analyses to support the executive team. Project areas will include: income, cash flow, product profitability and AR/AP. This position will have direct interaction with all facets of the firm, including wholesale, retail and sales functions.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities:
- Develop on-going financial forecasts and analyses to support the executive team
- Own all high priority wholesale vendor relationships and be directly responsible for providing support and payment management for those relationships
- Generate scheduled reports and perform ad-hoc reporting as necessary
- Perform traditional finance and cross-functional responsibilities as a part of flexible ad hoc teams
- Projects will include corporate, market and product level analyses of both retail and wholesale metrics
Qualifications:
- Working knowledge of financial statements
- Heavy use of spreadsheets and software applications including Excel, Word, and Outlook
- Ability to build consensus and work in a high performance team environment
- Ability to meet aggressive deadlines
- Bachelor's degree required (Master's degree is a plus)
- 2+ years experience, in a related field
- Detail oriented with strong organization and follow-through skills
- Excellent verbal and written skills
